Job summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Senior Signature Reduction Specialist to join a contract with a federal government client. You will work with a strong team to support the IdDM program and ensure compliance with DoD directives while driving readiness and policy updates.

The role requires extensive experience in IdDM, DoD policy, and training development, with TS/SCI level clearance typically expected. Travel may be up to 10% as required, and the organization emphasizes professional

Qualifications

• Experience with IdDM policies and directives.
• Experience delivering IdDM training to units.
• Ability to perform due diligence per DoD policies.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, review, processing, and execution of IdDM plans, annexes, policies, and directives.
• Maintains knowledge of IdDM plans to support operations.
• Prepares and delivers IdDM training to support and enhance unit readiness.
• Performs due diligence IAW DoD policies to maintain plans and travel awareness.
• Evaluates IdDM TTPs for sustainability.
• Develops responses to Signature Reduction requirements and taskers.
• Oversees IdDM Operations Security management and item turn-in.
• Tracks review tasks in databases and documents actions.
• Data mine databases to support review analysis.
• Create reports, information papers, and briefings.
• Attend staff-level meetings and briefings as requested.
• Update procedures in response to new policies and regulations.
• Develop training materials and train personnel.
• Coordinate with supported units via in-person, email, or calls.
