Job summary

Celestar is seeking a Signature Reduction Specialist- Mid to support a federal government contract. The role encompasses IdDM planning, policy development, and training delivery to strengthen unit readiness and security postures.

You will engage with a cross-functional team to review and execute IdDM directives, track actions in requirements databases, and coordinate with multiple organizations on policy implementation and data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 12 years total experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience related to the labor category, with recent work within last 2 years.
• Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with CI Poly requirement.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, review, processing, and execution of IdDM plans and directives.
• Maintains knowledge of IdDM plans to support current and future operations.
• Prepares and delivers IdDM training to enhance unit readiness.
• Performs due diligence IAW DoD policies for travel awareness and related duties.
• Evaluates sustainability of IdDM TTPs.
• Develops responses to IdDM requirements and engages with supported organizations.
• Manages IdDM program items and oversight of security controls.
