Job summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Senior Signature Reduction Specialist to support a federal government contract. You will manage IdDM data, develop plans, and coordinate with DoD policy, ensuring readiness and compliance across units.

The role requires extensive experience in IdDM operations, training delivery, and organizational oversight. Candidates should possess TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance, and be prepared for travel and fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category.
• Master's Degree and twelve (12) years of experience, or bachelor's degree and an additional five (5) years of related experience, for a total of seventeen (17) years in lieu of a master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, review, processing, and execution of IdDM plans, annexes, policies, and directives.
• Maintains knowledge of IdDM plans to support current and future operations.
• Delivers IdDM training to support and enhance unit readiness.
• Performs due diligence IAW DoD policies to maintain plans, mechanisms, travel awareness, etc.
• Evaluates the sustainability of IdDM TTPs.
• Develops responses to Signature Reduction requirements and taskers while engaging with associated organizations for support.
• Oversees IdDM Operations Security—issuance, tracking, and turn-in of program items.
• Tracks and maintains review tasks in the requirements database.
• Data mine the current database to support analysis.
• Create reports, information papers, and briefings; conduct staff-level briefings as requested.
• Update procedures in response to new policies; provide input to policies and standards.
