Job summary

Celestar, a B&A company, seeks a Senior Signature Reduction Specialist to join a federal government contract. You will develop and execute Identity Data Management plans, maintain current policies, and train personnel to ensure mission readiness.

Requires TS/SCI with CI Poly and extensive experience. Travel up to 10% may be required; duties include data mining, report creation, and coordination with supported units.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in the labor category, with recent work within last 2 years.
• Master's Degree plus 12 years of experience, or a Bachelor's with 17 years total experience in lieu of a Master's, with recent work within last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, review, and execution of IdDM plans, annexes, policies, and directives.
• Maintains knowledge of IdDM plans to support current and future operations.
• Delivers IdDM training to support unit readiness.
• Performs DoD policy-based due diligence for travel awareness and related tasks.
