Job summary

Keystone Human Services seeks a Program Supervisor to lead and oversee one or more programs delivering person-directed support in intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. The role focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone can thrive and participate.

You will manage planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensure budgets and regulatory compliance, and perform direct support duties as needed in alignment with the program schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years in human services or related field
• Associate's degree with 60 credit hours and 1 year in human services or related field
• Bachelor's degree and experience preferred
• One year of supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to complete required trainings (Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR) within timeframes
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills
• Valid driver's license; may need daily access to a vehicle
• Successful completion of pre-employment process including clearances and verifications
