Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking Program Supervisors to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the areas of intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. The role involves leadership over planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs, ensuring objectives and budgets are met while performing direct support duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience in human services or related field.
• Associate’s degree with sixty hours and one year experience in human services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or related field preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience, preferred.
• Ability to complete Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR certifications and other trainings as applicable.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and daily access to vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs.
• Ensure compliance with objectives, budgets, and regulations while performing direct support duties.
