DNV Business Assurance North America is seeking a Senior Manager, ICT Delivery & Technical Operations to lead the delivery of ICT certification services across North America, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. You will oversee auditors, technical experts, and project managers, shaping capacity, governance, and service development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information security, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ISO management system audits and ICT assurance services (27001 and related standards).
• Proven leadership of an audit delivery function and teams.
• Experience overseeing global certification programs or multi-site clients.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT delivery and technical operations across Canada and USA.
• Provide governance for ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT assurance services.
• Directly manage the ICT delivery organization and develop talent.
• Establish expectations for auditor performance and client experience.
• Own workforce capacity and delivery improvement.
• Oversee major, multi-site or global ICT programs.
• Contribute to business strategy and capability investments.
