Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions seeks an experienced ICS Network Engineer in Portsmouth, VA. You will lead advanced IT/OT network design, implementation, and security for mission-critical facility infrastructures, ensuring high availability and robust cybersecurity across enterprise IT and OT environments.

The role requires US citizenship, a Secret clearance, 8+ years of related DoD OT/SCADA experience, and a Bachelor’s degree with IAT II certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with an active Secret clearance and strong written and oral communication skills.
• 8+ years of related experience in DoD OT/industrial SCADA environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field; IAT II certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced network engineering to ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT and OT/SCADA.
• Design, implement, test, and support complex network architectures and security controls.
• Develop SOPs and procedures for installation, operation, and security of project components.
• Coordinate with IPTs and sponsors to deliver secure, compliant network solutions.
