Chugach Government Solutions in Chesapeake, VA seeks a Sr. System Administrator to manage CGS enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across servers, networks, virtualization platforms, and endpoints.

You will lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, patching, and security controls aligned with NIST SP 800-171 and DFARS, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with vendors and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressively responsible IT/sysadmin experience.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain CGS enterprise infrastructure.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for complex issues.
• Lead root-cause analysis and remediation actions.
• Maintain system documentation, configurations, and procedures.
• Support cybersecurity requirements including DFARS and NIST SP 800-171.
