Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions seeks an experienced ICS/SCADA System Administrator to operate a mission-critical OT/IT ecosystem supporting defense facility infrastructure. You will manage Nutanix AOS/AHV and Cisco Hyperflex clusters, enforce security policies, and maintain AD, PKI, and DR capabilities across multi-vendor environments.

The role requires DoD OT/SCADA experience, US citizenship, and an active security clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of production experience in systems administration, with 3+ years specifically in a DoD OT/SCADA environment.
• Experience implementing disaster recovery strategies across Nutanix and Cisco Hyperflex.
• Strong knowledge of AD, PKI, and security controls (STIGs).

Responsibilities

• Operate and administer OT/IT converged systems for defense facility infrastructures.
• Maintain Nutanix AOS/AHV and Cisco Hyperflex clusters with DR capabilities.
• Configure AD domains, GPOs, PKI, and RSA/Alt Token access paths.
• Manage security tooling (ACAS, Tenable) and DR planning across multiple domains.
• Support continuous SCADA telemetry pipelines and incident response.
