Job summary

Easy Ice LLC in Miami, FL is seeking a Technician III to ensure optimal performance of commercial ice machines. You will clean, maintain, troubleshoot and install equipment, manage on-site tasks, and deliver proactive service to customers with a strong focus on reliability and safety.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in diagnosing and repairing commercial equipment, EPA 2 certification, and the ability to train junior technicians. A full-time, on-call schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical training preferred.
• 5+ years experience in the diagnosis and repair of commercial equipment.
• EPA 2 or Universal Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and support during on-site visits.
• Manage installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
• Diagnose machine performance problems and resolve issues.
• Train and mentor less senior technicians.
• Document all service actions with photos and reports.
• Maintain truck stock, company vehicles, and safe work environment.
