Job summary

Easy Ice is seeking a highly motivated Technician II to join our service team. This role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing ice machines, delivering exceptional customer service on-site, and ensuring equipment reliability. You will document service actions and manage inventory while upholding safety and company standards.

The ideal candidate has experience with refrigeration equipment, strong communication, and the ability to mentor junior technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical training preferred.
• EPA 2 Certification required or preferred for refrigeration/ice equipment work.
• Experience in diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of commercial equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and time-management skills essential for on-site service.
• Ability to work on a rotating on-call schedule and maintain accurate service records.

Responsibilities

• Install, clean, maintain, troubleshoot and repair ice machines during on-site visits.
• Lead installation processes and ensure timely, accurate service deliveries.
• Train and mentor less senior technicians and document service activities.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, inventory, and safety standards.
