Easy Ice is hiring a Technician I to install, service, and maintain ice machines, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and collaborate with senior technicians to learn and grow.

The role emphasizes thorough documentation, adherence to safety protocols, and proactive problem solving to support high customer satisfaction and retention in a dynamic field service setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; Vocational/Technical Training preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a customer service-oriented technical role or equivalent.
• Previous experience with ice machines or HVAC maintenance is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize service calls.

Responsibilities

• Install, cleaning, and preventative maintenance of ice machines.
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct routine inspections under supervision.
• Document actions with required photos, forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Ensure truck stock and vehicle cleanliness; assist in parts delivery as needed.
