Easy Ice is seeking a highly skilled Technician III to service and install ice machines, diagnose complex issues, and mentor junior techs. You will maintain equipment reliability, manage on-site tasks, and uphold our standards for safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in diagnosis and repair of commercial equipment (refrigeration/hvac/ice machines).
• EPA 2 or Universal Certification required.
• Ability to train others and supervise junior technicians.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting, wiring, and refrigeration diagnostics proficiency.
• Proven customer service skills with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of ice machines during on-site visits.
• Diagnose issues on the first visit and minimize downtime for customers.
• Train and mentor less experienced technicians.
• Maintain proper truck stock and vehicle cleanliness; manage on-site safety and organization.
• Document service actions with photos, forms, and logs; ensure accurate records.
