Job summary

Noblis, Inc. is seeking an experienced Budget Analyst SME for a mission-focused program in Bethesda, MD.

You will collaborate with a diverse IC team to develop and implement agency budgets, analyze financial activities, craft spend plans, and ensure precise recording of interagency agreements and expenditures. The role requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph, US citizenship, and substantial experience in government budgeting within the Intelligence Community.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required and active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 10+ years.
• Degree must be in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert insights to support analysis and reporting of a component’s financial activities and budget.
• Assist in crafting spend plans and monitor financial execution activities.
• Record and track interagency agreements for Economy Act and other transactions.
• Document financial commitments, obligations, and expenses with precision.
• Ensure meticulous preparation and processing of transactions, verifying and certifying payments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute budgets aligned with program goals.
