Job summary

RTI Consulting, LLC is seeking a Budget/Financial Analyst SME with an active TS/SCI or above clearance to support DoD and IC budget and finance programs. The role emphasizes advanced financial analysis, development of reports, and automated data tools in a government environment.

The successful candidate will bring 15+ years of specialized DoD/IC budgeting experience, proficiency with Momentum, Tableau, R, and Python, and a track record of working on intelligence-funded programs.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in a business-related field and 20 years of experience.
15 years of specialized experience with DoD or government budget/finance processes.
15 years of demonstrated experience with financial tools such as Momentum, Tableau, R and Python.
15 years of specialized experience in U.S. Intelligence funded programs.

Responsibilities

Assist the government with financial management daily operational activities.
Create various detailed financial reports, data extracts, and quality control checks.
Assist the government with budget analysis and completion of various budget deliverables.
Support the Government in monitoring and coordinating program resource allocations.
Assist and support the government with automating financial and requirements data in the financial database and conduct system operations.
Support government representatives at meetings by providing financial management operations and budget analysis information.
Ensure cohesive agency-wide budget program development through engagement and collaboration across Agency.
Assist with resource management oversight.
