Job summary

Elevate Semiconductor in San Diego is seeking a Senior Staff Analog Design Engineer to lead architecture for high-performance ATE products. You will guide design decisions, mentor engineers, and drive complex analog challenges across projects.

You will lead silicon bring-up, characterisation, and debugging, collaborate with leadership and customers, and influence product direction with hands-on circuit expertise and advanced compensation techniques. Salary range $175k–$200k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 12+ years of professional analog IC design experience.
• Expert in analog CMOS circuit design and system-level problem solving.
• Experience with feedback systems, stability analysis and compensation techniques.
• Proven track record delivering ICs into high-volume production.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead analog architecture for complex ATE ICs and platforms.
• Serve as a technical leader for analog design across multiple projects.
• Develop innovative circuit techniques to improve performance, power, and density.
• Lead and review schematic design, layout, verification, and silicon results.
• Drive mixed signal simulation and system-level analysis.
• Mentor engineers and establish analog design best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership, product teams, and customers to help shape technical direction.
• Lead silicon bring up, characterization, and complex debug efforts.
