Job summary

Elevate Semiconductor in San Diego is seeking a Senior Staff Analog Design Engineer to lead architecture for high-performance ATE products. You will guide design decisions, mentor engineers, and drive complex analog challenges across projects.

You will lead silicon bring-up, characterisation, and debugging, collaborate with leadership and customers, and influence product direction with hands-on circuit expertise and advanced compensation techniques. Salary range $175k–$200k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 12+ years of professional analog IC design experience.
• Expert in analog CMOS circuit design and system-level problem solving.
• Experience with feedback systems, stability analysis and compensation techniques.
• Proven track record delivering ICs into high-volume production.

As a Senior Staff Analog Design Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader within Elevate Semiconductor, helping shape the architecture and direction of our high performance ATE products. You will take on some of our most complex analog design challenges while providing technical guidance across projects and engineering teams.

This role combines hands on analog design with broader technical leadership, including driving key design decisions, advancing circuit architectures, mentoring engineers, and influencing the development of future products.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is$175,000.00 to $200,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, education, location, and business needs.

In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. This salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
