Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks an experienced IBM Maximo Solution Architect to lead large-scale asset management transformations. You will define strategies, architect MAS solutions, and drive digital modernization for global clients. Remote work with travel to Orlando, FL as needed.

Lead architecture, data governance, and extensive system integrations across ERP, GIS, HR, and IoT. The role requires hands-on MAS expertise, MIF/APIM integration skills, cloud know-how, and a proven delivery track

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of combined business and technical experience.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end IBM Maximo MAS implementations.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo MAS 8.x / MAS 9.x.
• Expert-level experience architecting and executing Maximo integrations using MIF, APIM, and middleware solutions.
• Strong knowledge of systems development and systems integration methodologies.
• Extensive experience integrating Maximo with legacy and COTS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo/MAS solutions.
• Drive EAM strategy, enterprise integrations, cloud deployments, and data governance.
• Oversee data migration and system integrations (ERP, GIS, HR, Finance, IoT).
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practices.
• Manage large-scale EAM transformation programs and oversight.
• Lead change management, user adoption, and training.
