Job description

We are seeking a Principal Maximo/MAS Solutions Architect to lead enterprise EAM transformation initiatives, combining deep IBM Maximo/MAS architecture expertise with technical program leadership. The role will drive modernization, integrations, cloud transformation, and delivery of scalable and secure enterprise solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical strategy for IBM Maximo/MAS solutions and EAM transformation programs.
• Design and govern integrations between Maximo/MAS and SAP, S/4HANA, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ariba, and enterprise platforms.
• Lead Maximo 7.6.x to MAS migrations, cloud modernization, and infrastructure transformation.
• Develop architecture standards across application, integration, database, and cloud layers.
• Lead multi-workstream technical programs, managing roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery.
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, and business teams to drive technical decisions and resolve delivery blockers.
• Provide technical leadership for production issues, root-cause analysis, performance, resiliency, and disaster recovery.
• Provide executive-level communication on program status, risks, scope, and technical decisions.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo/MAS and EAM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Maximo Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory, Procurement, Preventive Maintenance, Mobile, Health, Monitor, Predict, and MIF.
• Experience with REST, JMS, XML, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong AWS/cloud experience with OpenShift/ROSA, EKS, Kubernetes, and cloud migration.
• Knowledge of Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, CI/CD, SAML, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with Java/J2EE, Jython, JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
• Strong technical program management, architecture governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• IBM Maximo/MAS certification strongly preferred; AWS, OpenShift, PMP, or Agile certifications are a plus.
