Job summary

RCT Systems seeks a senior systems integration professional in Reston, VA to lead IAM/IdAM initiatives, enforce Zero Trust, and govern data policies. Translate governance requirements into practical IAM workflows, and support JIT/ABAC while leveraging AI for policy enforcement.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years of IAM experience, strong ICAM knowledge, and TS/SCI with polygraph. Preferred familiarity with Collibra, Informatica, and Alation, plus MFA/Zero Trust and automation tools.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IAM/IdAM experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICAM, authentication, authorization, and attribute architectures.
• Experience with data governance, compliance, or metadata management.
• Strong analytical/critical-thinking and communication skills.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Convert digital policies and governance requirements into technical processes and solutions.
• Work with mission partners and data stewards to turn policy needs into implementable IAM requirements.
• Support Just-In-Time (JIT) and attribute-based access controls (ABAC).
• Use AI/data techniques for policy enforcement, anomaly detection, and workflow optimization.
• Build metrics, dashboards, and reports tracking policy performance and compliance.
• Advise stakeholders on improving access-control and governance processes.
