DWP Digital is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help protect identities and access across a large IT environment. You’ll work with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure and AWS, collaborating with Security, DevOps and Architecture teams to strengthen Zero Trust, automate identity processes and improve PAM.

You’ll influence the future direction of identity services, deliver secure, resilient systems at scale, and make a real impact on daily life for millions.

Qualifications

• Design, implement and optimise enterprise-scale IAM/IGA services.
• Experience with hybrid identity strategies and Entra Connect.
• Proven ability to lead cross-team IAM initiatives and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM/IGA design and optimisation across a large enterprise.
• Collaborate with Security, DevOps and Architecture teams.
• Drive automation, auditing and compliance controls for access management.
• Implement and operate PAM/PIM solutions and RBAC controls.
