Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Sr. IAM Cybersecurity Engineer in Reston, VA to design and support secure employee and client identities for a global technology leader.

You will drive IAM, ILM, IGA, and PAM initiatives and help implement Zero Standing Privileges with Just-In-Time provisioning. You will collaborate with partners to align security architecture with business needs and drive ongoing policy improvements across the identity platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related).
• Experience with identity security concepts and least-privilege approaches.
• Strong knowledge of IAM technologies including MFA, SSO, SAML, OIDC and LDAP.

Responsibilities

• Design and support security of employee and client identities across IAM, ILM, IGA, and PAM.
• Lead and maintain a comprehensive Identity program with Zero Standing Privileges frameworks.
• Implement Just-In-Time provisioning and context-based authorization to reduce persistent elevated access.
• Collaborate with product owners to develop secure business requirements and integrate contextual authorization.
