Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a senior security technical program leader focused on IAM and enterprise security. You will drive identity lifecycle, access governance, authentication, and privileged access across teams to ensure scalable, least-privileged access for cloud infrastructure.

You will partner with security, IT, engineering, product, and operations, manage risks and milestones, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Technical Program Management with IAM or enterprise security.
• Experience leading large-scale IAM initiatives (SSO, MFA, PAM, access governance).
• Knowledge of IAM platforms and protocols: Okta, Entra ID, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for IAM initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Define scope, milestones, and success metrics; manage risks and dependencies.
• Partner with security, IT, engineering, product, and operations to align priorities.
• Act as primary contact for security and stakeholders; provide status updates.
• Facilitate technical discussions on identity, access, privacy, and compliance.
• Develop scalable processes (joiner/mover/leaver, access certification, least-privilege).
• Automate identity operations and reporting; tailor communications to audiences.
