CoreWeave, The Essential Cloud for AI, seeks a Staff Software Engineer for the IAM team in Sunnyvale, CA. You will architect and extend our identity platform, balancing rapid execution with long-term architectural integrity to secure our high-performance cloud infrastructure.

You will lead system design for authentication/authorization across services, mentor engineers, and drive security-first standards and threat modeling while shaping a multi-year technical roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems in production.
• 5+ years IAM domain expertise with OIDC/OAuth2/SAML/JWT.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering leadership to translate requirements into a multi-year technical roadmap.
• Lead design and implementation of high-throughput, low-latency auth systems.
