Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a security program leader focused on IAM to drive enterprise security across cross‑functional teams, ensuring secure, governed, least‑privileged access while delivering scalable performance.

Lead end‑to‑end IAM initiatives—identity lifecycle, SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC/ABAC, and access certification—defining scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies with security, IT, engineering, product, and operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Technical Program Management focused on IAM or security.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or Computer Science or related field.
• Experience leading large IAM initiatives (SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC/ABAC, access certification).
• Knowledge of IAM platforms/protocols (Okta, Azure AD, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP).
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration across security, IT, engineering, and product.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end IAM initiatives—identity lifecycle, SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC/ABAC, and access certification—defining scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with security, IT, engineering, product management and operations to align on priorities and deliverables.
• Act as primary point of contact for security and cross‑functional stakeholders, providing status updates and addressing risks.
• Facilitate technical discussions on identity, access, privacy, and compliance to align with infrastructure goals.
• Develop scalable processes for access certification and joiner/mover/leaver workflows.
• Strategically automate identity operations and reporting.
• Tailor communications to diverse audiences and adapt to different leadership styles.
