You will lead security-focused design, partner with product and engineering, and drive multi-year IAM strategy across services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems in production.
• 5+ years IAM domain expertise with OIDC, OAuth2.0, SAML, JWT.
• Strong technical leadership guiding cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy and multi-year roadmap for IAM.
• Lead architecture of high-throughput, low-latency auth across services.
• Design identity lifecycle management, IdP integration, and granular permissions.
• Enforce security-first standards including threat modeling and reviews.
• Elevate operational maturity with SLOs and deep observability.
• Mentor senior engineers and align security initiatives with stakeholders.
