Job summary

PSECU is seeking an IAM Engineer II to design, implement, and support enterprise IAM across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. This role focuses on identity governance, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management.

You will collaborate with Information Security, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, and Compliance to automate identity workflows, enforce least privilege, and advance zero-trust practices while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology.
• 6+ years of IAM engineering, security engineering, or related experience.
• Experience with automation, scripting, or integrations to improve IAM processes.
• Experience with IAM including account provisioning, access governance, SSO, MFA, and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support IAM solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Engineer identity lifecycle management and automated provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Integrate applications and infrastructure with IAM platforms using modern authentication, federation, API, and directory technologies.
• Develop automation and infrastructure-as-code solutions to improve IAM reliability and scalability.
• Support security architecture reviews, vulnerability management, and incident response activities.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to implement secure-by-design IAM and cybersecurity capabilities.
• Maintain technical documentation and propose improvements to IAM posture.
• Any other duties as assigned.
