Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Manager for its Customer Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform within the Chief Technology Office in Jersey City. Lead end-to-end product life cycle, focusing on secure, scalable IAM solutions and customer value.

You will collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams to drive strategy, backlog, and delivery while ensuring regulatory alignment and high-quality user experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or a relevant domain.
• Strong knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, and value management.
• 5+ years in IAM or cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and related protocols.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern authentication technologies.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap.
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and customers.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of authentication solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and business teams to deliver product features.
• Ensure platform compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).
• Advocate for seamless and secure customer experiences, balancing usability with robust security.
• Monitor platform performance, adoption, and incident metrics; report KPIs to leadership.
• Coordinate response to authentication-related incidents and support customer service teams.
