Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Product Delivery Manager in Corporate Technology, Identity and Access Management to lead end-to-end delivery and partner with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and customer teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years in product delivery or a relevant domain.
• Experience with operational management and change readiness activities.
• Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in product/platform-wide release management and deployment strategies.
• Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts with 5+ years applied experience.
• 5+ years delivering cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, platform, or enterprise tech products in partnership with engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of PAM principles, controls, and security best practices including auditability and least privilege.
• Hands-on experience in PAM domains such as just-in-time access, RBAC, credential vaulting, secrets management, or privileged session management.
• Experience defining product requirements for APIs, integrations, and enterprise security platforms.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across engineering, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to define success metrics and report outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and product performance reporting.
• Leads change management activities across functional partners ensuring risk, controls, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Manages timelines and dependencies, resources, blockers, and stakeholder liaison.
• Defines and communicates product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for Privileged Access Management capabilities.
• Drives modernization of privileged access patterns to improve security and user experience.
• Translates customer needs into defined requirements, integrations, and platform capabilities with engineering partners.
• Manages delivery plans, cross-functional dependencies, and risk mitigation to meet commitments.
