Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering, with senior platform leadership across multiple teams.
• Deep IAM expertise across workforce, authorization or workload identity.
• Production Go experience and distributed systems design on AWS; identity protocols fluency.
• Proven influence and alignment on org-wide access-risk problems.
• Ability to translate audit/regulatory requirements into automated controls.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year IAM technical strategy and architecture across pods.
• Drive adoption across 700+ systems and define integration contracts.
• Lead data model and tooling for access visibility and least privilege.
• Mentor staff engineers and grow depth in identity as a domain.
• Partner with Security, Compliance, IT, and product leadership on controls and evidence.
