Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. — through Experis — is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Operations Analyst to join the Identity Access Management team. The role focuses on securing digital identities, certificate lifecycle management, and policy enforcement across Entra ID, Venafi, and MS ADCS to support PCI and GDPR compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years IAM experience, strong scripting in PowerShell and Python, and a proactive, collaborative mindset within a global security program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of IAM and security experience.
• Extensive knowledge of PKI, X.509, Venafi CLM, and SCEP.
• Deep understanding of MS ADCS and external certificate providers.
• PowerShell and Python scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage access policies and user lifecycle processes.
• Maintain IAM platforms such as Entra ID, Venafi, and MS ADCS.
• Perform access reviews, audits, and ensure regulatory compliance (PCI/GDPR).
• Implement and support authentication: SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, certificate-based auth.
• Troubleshoot identity issues and support incident response.
