The role focuses on securing digital identities, certificate lifecycle management, and policy enforcement across Entra ID, Venafi, and MS ADCS to support PCI and GDPR compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years IAM experience, strong scripting in PowerShell and Python, and a proactive, collaborative mindset within a global security program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of IAM and security experience.
• Extensive knowledge of PKI, X.509, Venafi CLM, and SCEP.
• Deep understanding of MS ADCS and external certificate providers.
• PowerShell and Python scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage access policies and user lifecycle processes.
• Maintain IAM platforms such as Entra ID, Venafi, and MS ADCS.
• Perform access reviews, audits, and ensure regulatory compliance (PCI/GDPR).
• Implement and support authentication: SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, certificate-based auth.
• Troubleshoot identity issues and support incident response.

As a Senior Infrastructure Operations Analyst, you will be part of the Identity Access Management team supporting security and compliance initiatives. Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Operations Analyst - Identity Access and Certificate Lifecycle Management

Location:Owings Mills, MD

Pay Range: $60/hr - $64/hr W2

What's the Job?

• Design, implement, and manage access policies and user lifecycle processes to secure digital identities.
• Maintain and support IAM platforms such as Entra ID, Venafi, and MS ADCS, ensuring system health and security.
• Perform access reviews, audit logs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards like PCI and GDPR.
• Implement and support authentication protocols including SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, and certificate-based authentication.
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues across various systems and support incident response activities.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in identity and access management and security disciplines.
• Extensive knowledge of PKI, X.509 Certificates, Venafi CLM, and protocols like SCEP.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (MS ADCS) and external certificate providers.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python for automation tasks.
