Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking an Operations Manager for InfoSec IAM to lead end-to-end service delivery of IAM operations on a regional and global basis. You will oversee Active Directory, Entra ID, and related infrastructure to ensure secure authentication and policy enforcement across the enterprise.

The role requires strong operational leadership, technical depth, and collaboration across engineering, service delivery, vendors, and security stakeholders to maintain resilient IAM services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience, with IAM/AD focus including LDAP, ADUC, Domain Controllers, PowerShell, GPO, Windows Server 2019/22/25.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational service delivery for IAM services with focus on quality, reliability, security, and compliance.
• Drive ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and service transition processes.
• Resolve complex operational problems and communicate across technical teams and stakeholders.
• Define, monitor, and improve service levels and KPIs for IAM operations.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and simplify IAM operations.
• Lead or participate in crisis management for high-impact outages.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and training plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and vendor teams for operational readiness.
