Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with IAM/AD
• Experience in IT operations including incident and change management
• Ability to work hybrid schedule in Cincinnati, OH

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational service delivery for InfoSec IAM services.
• Drive ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and service transition processes.
• Define and monitor SLAs/OLAs and improve service performance.
• Lead crisis management for high-impact outages.
• Coordinate with engineering, security, and vendors for operational success.
