Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking an experienced Identity & Privileged Access Operations Engineer to join the IAM organization. This role provides advanced operational support for SailPoint Identity Governance and PAM processes, with a hands-on focus on troubleshooting, incidents, and governance across SailPoint and PAM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, IT, CS, Software Engineering or other STEM field.
• Strong experience in enterprise IT operations, IAM operations, cybersecurity support, or similar technical environment.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Governance platforms.
• Ability to read/troubleshoot Java/BeanShell scripts and SailPoint configurations.
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts: identity lifecycle, provisioning, entitlements, and roles.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident/problem/change/escalation management.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with Service Desk, Operations, Engineering, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Level 3 operational support for SailPoint services.
• Investigate and resolve access provisioning, identity lifecycle, and data-quality issues.
• Support SailPoint IAM incidents and problems.
• Guide Tier 2 Analysts during incident management and escalations.
• Support access reviews, onboarding/offboarding, lifecycle events, and password management.
• Assist with PAM and SailPoint integration and data consistency.
• Provide L3 executive care support when needed.
• Coordinate with IAM Engineering and PAM owners to improve operations.
