Job summary

The role requires 5–10 years in IAM or cyber security operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cyber security, information technology, computer science, business or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, cyber security operations, technology operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management, Authentication, or Privileged Access Management platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, user provisioning, entitlement management, and access certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily administration and operational support of IAM platforms and services. Oversee identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, role changes, and terminations.
• Administer access certification campaigns and support remediation activities. Coordinate periodic access reviews and user access recertification processes.
• Administer privileged account onboarding, maintenance, and lifecycle activities. Support privileged access request fulfillment and emergency access processes.
• Drive operational consistency through standardized procedures, runbooks, and support documentation.
• Develop and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and service performance reporting.
