Job summary

The Northern Trust Company is seeking a Lead, IAM Platform Operations in Tempe to oversee day-to-day IAM platform support, governance, and reliability. You will partner with IAM Engineering, Product Management, Risk, and Technology teams to deliver secure identity services enterprise-wide.

You will drive improvements in incident management, platform health, and automation while mentoring junior staff in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IAM, Cyber Security, or related fields.
• Experience supporting enterprise IAM technologies and security platforms.
• Knowledge of Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, and IAM lifecycle.
• Experience with incident management, service operations, and monitoring in regulated environments.
