Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Business Integration and Application Onboarding within its Identity Security and Access Management (ISAM) organization. You will drive end-to-end onboarding, integration, and adoption of applications across enterprise IAM platforms like SailPoint and CyberArk.

The role collaborates with cybersecurity, engineering, and business units to advance security standards, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 6+ years in enterprise technology with hands-on IAM platforms and complex implementation leadership.
• Expertise in IAM concepts (identity lifecycle, access governance, privileged access).
• Familiarity with enterprise app architectures and SailPoint or CyberArk at scale.
• CISSP, CISM or platform-specific credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with application owners and digital teams to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable identity solutions.
