Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7+ years of IT experience is required.
• 5+ years within cybersecurity is required.
• 2+ years of IAM cybersecurity experience is required.
• 1+ years of management/leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and translate business requirements to technical requirements and designs.
• Lead identity architectural patterns and solution design documents.
• Participate in IGA vendor selection processes and gather business input for requirements.
• Contribute to deployment plans and long-term operational model.
• Define metrics to measure and improve IDM capabilities.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff.
• Perform duties in line with Penn Medicine values.
• Other duties as assigned to support the unit and health system
