Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Director of Cybersecurity Engineering to lead IAM platforms and SailPoint implementations across the enterprise. You will guide strategy, oversee multi-team delivery, and ensure robust identity controls in a complex security program.

You will manage incident response, RBAC design, and audits, collaborating with business leaders to align security with business objectives. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT security engineering or software engineering.
• SailPoint Certification is strongly preferred or required.
• 10+ years in Identity and Access Management with 5+ years hands-on SailPoint experience.
• Leadership experience in large, enterprise-scale IAM programs.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow solutions at enterprise scale.
• Oversee connector development and SaaS integration.
• Manage IAM lifecycle processes (JML) and RBAC design.
• Lead access certification and audit readiness initiatives.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit and Risk teams on findings.
• Own IAM support model and 24/7 platform availability.
