We are seeking an IAM Integration Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering secure integrations that support application onboarding and lifecycle management within an enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem. This role involves hands‑on engineering of connectors, provisioning workflows, and integration pipelines, while ensuring scalable, compliant, and audit‑ready identity services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integration components across IAM/IGA platforms, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Build and optimize aggregation connectors using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and AD/LDAP.
• Implement schema discovery, entitlement modeling, correlation logic, and provisioning policies.
• Develop secure, reusable Java-based components such as rules, plugins, and workflows.
• Design and implement onboarding automation frameworks, including metadata ingestion and lifecycle management.
• Build and maintain identity data flows across SQL Server and Oracle environments, including schema mapping and attribute transformation.
• Implement Git-based workflows for version control, code review, and deployment across multiple environments.
• Write and execute unit tests, system integration tests (SIT), and user acceptance tests (UAT).
• Apply IAM governance principles, including segregation of duties (SoD), auditability, and certification processes.
• Collaborate with application owners and engineering teams to design scalable integration solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in IAM/IGA engineering roles.
• Hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong Java (JDK 8+) development experience, including plugin, rule, and JAR development.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and/or Oracle, with strong understanding of relational identity data structures.
• Expertise in REST and SOAP APIs, schema mapping, and integration pipelines.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning processes, and governance workflows.
• Experience with Git-based CI/CD workflows and release management practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based identity platforms such as Azure AD (Entra ID), Okta, or Saviynt.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Groovy.
• Experience working in regulated environments with strong compliance requirements.
• Background in data engineering or API orchestration.
