Job summary

Persistent is seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ Application Onboarding Lead to drive onboarding, integration, and identity governance initiatives within a large IAM environment in Iselin, New Jersey.

You will design, develop, and support SailPoint IIQ solutions, build JML and provisioning workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor the team, and ensure secure, compliant identity management.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of overall IT experience with strong IAM background.
• Minimum 3-5 years hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ onboarding and development.
• Experience configuring, customizing, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
• Experience building SailPoint connectors and integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for production incidents and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage application onboarding initiatives within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Coordinate and guide team members for onboarding and integration activities.
• Design, develop, configure, and implement SailPoint IIQ solutions per requirements.
• Build and optimize JML, provisioning, and approval workflows.
