Job summary

Cencora is seeking a CIAM Engineer to configure and support enterprise identity and access management platforms, ensuring secure, scalable customer authentication across digital channels.

You will work with Okta/Auth0, SAML/OIDC, and cloud providers to implement SSO, MFA, and adaptive authentication, while collaborating with engineering, product, and security teams to improve user journeys and security postures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management, CIAM, platform engineering, software development, cloud engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting identity platforms such as Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar CIAM solutions.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience troubleshooting authentication, federation, and user access in cloud and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Configures, administers, and maintains enterprise CIAM platforms for secure authentication and authorization services.
• Supports registration, account recovery, profile management, consent management, and identity lifecycle across digital channels.
• Implements SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, Passwordless, and federated identity services.
• Develops integrations using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and related protocols.
• Analyzes authentication logs and security events to troubleshoot access issues and improve reliability.
