Job summary

Power Factors seeks a senior IT professional to own EU IT operations and lead the identity and access management program. You’ll manage Microsoft Entra ID, the Atlassian stack, and AI tooling, acting as the go‑to for IT across the region with high autonomy.

You will configure IAM, automate workflows with PowerShell, and champion security governance across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR concerns. Strong English required; Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience, with 3+ years IAM/security engineering.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and Defender integration.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 suite and Atlassian stack.
• Ability to script (PowerShell required; Python a plus).
• Experience with endpoint management (Intune or Jamf).
• Familiarity with Claude AI tools and governance.
• Independent worker with strong prioritization and judgment.
• Strong English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own IAM program end‑to‑end: SSO, MFA, PAM, lifecycle management.
• Design RBAC/ABAC models; run access reviews and certifications.
• Build integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM; manage Entra ID.
• Automate identity ops with PowerShell; reduce orphaned access.
• Ensure SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR alignment and security monitoring.
• EU IT ops: service EU employees; own support escalation and docs.
• Administer M365, Jira & Confluence; govern AI tooling like Claude.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, and asset tracking.
• Maintain MDM/endpoints (Intune or Jamf) and patching; knowledge base upkeep.
