  • Champion engineering best practices: clean code, testing, and thoughtful CI/CD.
  • Participate actively in planning activities.
  • Master code review process where you will be receiving annoying comments on your PRs and fixing them, as well as leaving annoying comments on other peoples’ PRs to improve code quality.
  • Taking shared ownership and accountability for the team's codebase.
  • Keep growing — we invest in engineers who want to deepen their craft.
What You Will Need to Be Successfu
  • At least 7 years of C# development experience building back-end services and APIs.
  • Proficiency in working with databases (Postges, MySQL, SQL Server) and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent English skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Positive attitude and ability to foster an enjoyable team environment with a healthy sense of humor.
Preferably:
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Github Actions and/or ArgoCD).
  • Previous experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Previous experience with DB optimization, partitioning, and indexing in Postgres is highly valued.
