Job summary

Power Factors in Houston seeks an experienced Implementation Engineer to join our global Professional Services team, owning onboarding of solar, wind, and storage assets onto the Unity APM platform. You will configure data connectivity, validate performance calculations, and ensure KPI accuracy through site testing.

This customer-facing technical role involves interpreting telemetry, leading technical discussions with clients, and driving successful implementations in collaboration with the PS

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of asset onboarding with PS PM alignment.
• Serve as technical point of contact during onboarding, translating site requirements into the Unity APM platform.
• Establish and troubleshoot data connectivity between sites and the platform.
