Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement, and operate enterprise IAM platforms (Ping Identity, LDAP, and related tooling) in a 24x7 environment. You will own SSO, MFA, directory services, and automation, collaborating with security, network, and application teams.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of IAM experience.
- 5+ years with Ping Identity products, LDAP, and authentication platforms.
- 3+ years with Radiant Logic or enterprise LDAP solutions.
- 3+ years on Linux and Windows platforms.
- 3+ years of PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API automation.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Ping Identity platforms and MFA solutions.
- Configure SSO, MFA, Passwordless, Passkeys, and related auth workflows.
- Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and related technologies.
- Maintain LDAP directory services and migrations.
- Participate in 24x7 IAM on-call rotations and incident response.
- Perform monitoring, root cause analysis, and vulnerability remediation.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and network teams on issues.
- Develop automation with PowerShell, Python, Shell, and APIs.
