Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to join our enterprise IAM team. You will administer Ping Identity platforms, LDAP directories, and authentication solutions in a 24x7 environment, focusing on SSO, MFA, and Passwordless workflows.

You will troubleshoot cross-cutting identity issues, support directory services, and drive automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell, and APIs. You will collaborate with security, network, and application teams, contribute to incident response, disaster

Qualifications

7+ years of IAM experience.
5+ years of Ping Identity, LDAP, and authentication platforms.
3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS), Ping Directory, or other enterprise LDAP solutions.
3+ years with Linux and Windows.
3+ years with PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API-based automation.

Responsibilities

Administer Ping Identity platforms and related IAM tools.
Configure SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkeys.
Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP issues.
Maintain LDAP directories like RadiantOne, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM Tivoli Directory Server.
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for IAM, SSO, MFA, LDAP.
Automate tasks with PowerShell, Python, Shell, APIs.
Create and maintain runbooks and docs.
