Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Senior IAM Engineer to support enterprise IAM platforms and related infrastructure in a 24x7 environment. You will manage Ping Identity suites, LDAP services, and authentication solutions across SSO, MFA, and security controls.

The role demands deep expertise in IAM, directory services, and automation, with cross-team collaboration and on-call duties. Bachelor’s degree required, and compensation includes benefits.

Qualifications

7+ years of IAM experience.
5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP technologies.
3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS), Ping Directory, or similar.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Ping Identity platforms and directory services.
Configure and troubleshoot SSO and MFA solutions.
Troubleshoot authentication/authorization using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP.
Maintain LDAP services including RadiantOne and Ping Directory.
Support LDAP integrations, migrations, and service accounts.
Participate in 24x7 IAM on-call support rotations.
Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, Shell, or APIs.
Document runbooks and participate in DR exercises and upgrades.
